Job Description Summary Marketing Support Support the development of Sales and Promotional tools for the Nutritionportfolio Review and edit sales collateral as required Review and update Sales presentations as required Assist with the preparation and review of technical press releases and documents as required Present technical data to customers, at various conferences, and at tradeshows, or as otherwise required by R&D Sales & Technical Support Assist with generating answers to technical questions from customers Participate in sales calls as required Assist with the development of scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in industry, in government, and in academia for the purpose of furthering the company's scientific prestige and brand messaging Competitive Scientific Surveillance & Technical Support Monitor the scientific and business literature for key trends, competitive activities, and the development of new products or applications that could impact the nutrition portfolio Assist in convert literature knowledge into actionable projects (e.g., research studies, new products ideation, product improvements, etc.) which generate a competitive edge for the company Manage Technical Literature Database for the CH&N BU Provide technical support to IP, Regulatory, Legal, and other functional departments within CH&N as required   Research and Product Development Support Assist the Sr. Scientific Manager in planning, designing, managing and conducting preclinical and clinical projects Assist with screening, evaluating and auditing CROs and vendors for efficient management of research projects Assist the Sr. Scientific Manager with the evaluation of New Product Development concepts presented to R&D by Business Development Additional Supportive Activities Assist with the maintenance of project budgets and timelines using IPM tool and other relevant management tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as required Provide relevant scientific input across functional groups as required Assist with the maintenance of department records and files, and track weekly activities Maintain membership and active participation in all trade and professional associations that benefit the company, and represent and serve the company's best interest at all such association meetings and conferences in a professional manner Skill Requirements Advanced Education in Life Science (molecular biology, physiology, biology, endocrinology, nutrition, or similar disciplines) Ph.D. required Knowledge of biochemistry, toxicology, nutrition Minimum 2 years previous industry experience, including interacting with sales & marketing, external CROs, and KOLs a plus Ability to complete scientific research in a timely manner Ability to work cross functionally (Marketing, Sales, R&D/T, Legal, and Regulatory) Excellent command of English Excellent presentation skills Self-motivation, commitment, and focus is required Working Conditions Office Environment Travel 10-15%. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
