What you'll be doing:
As a Online Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital role in shaping the future of Cycle Gear! In this position, you will be responsible supporting the eCommerce department in all capacities by partnering up with Marketing in the coordination and execution of digital advertising, Search Engine Marketing, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and creating and managing content that grows customer engagement that drives revenue.
What you will need to bring to the table:
Skills required/preferred:
4-year degree from an accredited university; degree in Marketing / Information Systems or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of Email Marketing Channels management experience required.
1-3 years of Affiliate Channels management experience required.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript.
Experience working with technical (software development) teams.
Managing e-mail marketing campaigns in conjunction with our marketing roadmap
Ability to work well with many types of people and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
Working knowledge of key social platforms (Facebook Twitter, Instagram,and Youtube) and reporting tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics etc.) .
Personal Attributes and Capabilities Required:
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
Proven ability to think creatively, strategically and tactically.
Self-starter, proactive and extremely detail-oriented.
Experience working with motorcycles is helpful, but by no means necessary.
