What You'll Be Doing:
- Will assist in the development of strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives
- Develop product formulation guidelines for distribution to customers
- Develop new product concepts to support sales
- Conduct application testing with ingredients to determine suitability in various applications
- Work with third party laboratories to develop assays
- Manage stability program and write reports
- Manage revisions to SOP's
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Recent experience in quality control and/or product development
- Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
