Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist/Server to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and be passionate about creating craft cocktails while delivering excellent customer service.
Sometimes you will work as the bartender and server in our private Speakeasy dining room.
At other times, you will be assigned to work the main dining room.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Maintain cleanliness behind the bar area and ensure a well-stocked bar - Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Handle cash transactions using a POS system - Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus - Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with food service and catering operations - Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations Joining our team as a Bartender offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a vibrant dining experience.
