Position:
Project Coordinator - Project Engineering Facilitate pre-construction process including RFI, Drawing, and Submittal coordination.
Establish and track project schedules, determine materials requirements, and keep organized throughout the pre-construction and building phases of dozens of projects concurrently Work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents on project resources, material sourcing, and delivery.
Partner with Crusader's internal purchasing and supply teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Willingness to learn the specifics of commercial fence projects, participate in job walks, and add efficiency and scalable processes to our team.
Track project success and issues, change orders/adjustments and surface any potential project risks.
Actively review project performance throughout the construction process of all Bay Area projects Take a leading role as a critical initial hire for our Bay Area team; help us drive culture, recruit, and build out our Bay Area office, where Crusader is investing heavily to build and grow for decades to come.
Compensation Pay:

Qualifications 1.
Demonstrated track record (2
years) of project coordination or administrative experience within construction operations 2.
Excellent Emotional Intelligence.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills 3.
A Bachelor's Degree in construction management (or if no degree, equivalent additional experience) 4.
Strong project planning and management skills 5.
Experience within subcontracting commercial firms/specialty construction trades preferred Company Overview Crusader Fence is the largest commercial fence installer in Northern California.
