Monitors and tracks equipment on a daily basis by job site, type, and usage.
Maintains a dispatch log sheet.
Prepares purchase orders for rental equipment, and tracks each piece of rented equipment by jobsite and job number.
Generates purchase orders for repairs and/or required maintenance.
Purchases small tools and any supplies needed for the equipment and /or work crews.
Issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and accounting system.
Keep inventory up- to -date.
Maintain and update vehicle records including DMV registration and current insurance.
Assist in scheduling work and activities.
Monitor and maintain condition of the warehouse.
Inspect equipment on a regular basis.
Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
Pulls and distributes materials, tools or other stock items in order to fill technician requests.
Prepares merchandise for shipment, as required.
Maintains accurate inventory records through use of a computerized inventory system and submits end-of-day inventory count reports to management.
Completes requisition forms to order additional equipment and supplies.
Communicate any order changes to third party superintendent.
Assist the Operations Manager with delivery of cargo.
Effectively and consistently communicate and enforce all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Responsible for maintaining employee schedules that meet customer and company needs.
Responsible for maintaining the vehicle fleet in a clean and safe operating manner.
Monitor and maintain condition of the lab property.
Handle routine property repairs to building codes and/or organize with building contractors when necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three years of related experience and /or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Drivers License Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Speak effectively before groups of customer or employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.
Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, email software, and the use of the internet.
Effective and safe use of a warehouse forklift.
Experience driving ton- 1 ton vehicles and towing trailers.
Non DOT.
Experience in facility maintenance and coordinating with outside contractors ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.

Hourly Rate:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
