This is a full time Admin Assistant position with Accounts Payable / Receivable responsibilities (QuickBooks, Excel and WORD functions are required) and that can multi-task effectively Candidate needs to have proficiency in:
Processing accounts payable, handling invoices, credits, credit applications General ledger Statements, completing monthly bank reconciliations and monthly financials Rentals, bill payments, year end closing, daily sales balance and various other accounting functions.
This Office Admin candidate should have experience with opening and closing businesses and and have a basic business management background.
