Essential Functions:
Using the Company's Dynamics GP sales module, fulfills orders, and generates invoice upon shipment or availability of product for shipment.
Establishes strong working relationship with the Logistics team to address potential invoice accuracy concerns proactively.
Generates and mails, emails or sends facsimiles to customer of invoices on a daily basis.
Addresses customer invoice inquiries.
Works directly with customer in researching discrepancies between invoiced and shipped quantities and invoiced and purchase order pricing.
Routinely reviews customer balances, contacting customer to follow up on overdue unpaid balances.
Maintains soft copy and hard copy files for invoices and fulfilled orders Generates miscellaneous invoices for non-inventory items billed to customers.
Enters invoices into the Microsoft Dynamics GP purchasing module, matching invoices, where applicable, to purchase orders and receiving activity Develops understanding of vendor and the goods or services they provide to ensure the accuracy of invoice coding Works closely with CFO/Accounting Manager in daily update of cash forecast Works with Purchasing and Receiving teams to ensure the proper cost, quantities and timing of inventory receipts Reconciles vendor statements against internal records to ensure proper inclusion of all outstanding obligations Maintains all accounts payable files Performs other duties as assigned Position

years' Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a plus Some college level accounting coursework a plus Pay Range:
$23-$25/hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
