Job duties include but are not limited to; Working effectively side-by-side with all team members in our office to provide smooth patient flow Answering phones & scheduling appointments appropriately STAYING BUSY - Always something to do as a team Verifying & checking medical/dental benefits Handling patient contact appropriately, timely and professionally Creating & sending treatment letters Calling offices to obtain referrals & x-rays Checking in and checking out patients Appointment reminders Going over insurance benefits correctly & collecting patient portions for services Entering accurate demographic information, medication lists, insurance information General cleaning duties in the office daily If you feel you would be a great addition to our team, we would love to hear from you!
