79 Shift differential for shifts starting after 3 pm BenefitsFor positions scheduled 24 or more hours per week:

Summary:
Our compassionate CNAs are key members of our interdisciplinary team that provides care, service, and support to our residents.
Our CNAs are responsible for a number of important tasks such as:
Assisting residents to feel and look their best by helping them with getting dressed, bathing, as well as grooming.
Ensuring that they receive needed care/service by proactively communicating with other members of the interdisciplinary team about resident needs.
Helping our residents feel comfortable in their space by giving attention to cleanliness and furniture arrangement.
Supporting residents in pursuing their interests by helping them engage in our life enrichment program.
Sharing your knowledge and expertise with other team members to better serve the residents.
Qualifications for CNAsHigh school diploma or GEDCurrent, active CNA Certificate or graduation from a CNA Certification program.
Current First Aid certificationPrior skilled nursing experience and 6 months of experience as a CNA preferredQualifications for NAsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in geriatrics and caring for residents with cognitive impairment, preferred/not requiredExperience as a Nursing Assistant, preferred/not requiredStrong service orientation Physical RequirementsDaily duties include lifting, squatting, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, walkingMust be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50
